Realtor Cooperation Policy

At Paytas Homes, we value the partnerships we’ve built with our local Realtor community and appreciate your role in helping customers find their perfect home.

Paytas Homes is thankful and honored that you would trust us enough to recommend us to your customers.  Your trust in Paytas Homes means more than words can say and your recommendation and introduction as a Realtor provides us an opportunity to work with customers that otherwise may not have found us.

To ensure every client interaction is handled fairly and consistently, we ask that Realtors follow the guidelines below.

Realtors are expected to register their clients through the community sales office at or before their client’s first visit. We encourage Realtors to attend the first visit with their clients whenever possible.

If attendance isn’t possible, please contact the sales office ahead of your client’s visit to let us know they are being represented. This allows us to properly record your involvement and ensure you’re recognized as the representing Realtor.

Please note that if a client visits without prior registration or notification from the Realtor, Paytas Homes cannot acknowledge representation and will not participate in any compensation related to that sale.
