Paytas Homes Announces Newest Community in Palm Coast

After much time and effort, the Land Acquisition Team has found the best location to continue their presence in Palm Coast by developing  The Gables at Town Center.

The Gables at Town Center is planned to be a 208 lot community, centrally located to all the amenities Palm Coast has to offer. Plans are to begin the first section of development in early 2021 with the first 106 lots. Pricing and size of homes will be comparable to Hidden Lakes on Old Kings Rd with 1,800 – 2,800 square feet and starting the high 200’s.
