Our Spotlight is on Bob Ferguson

Meet Bob Ferguson…one of our Paytas Homes Field Construction Managers in our Hidden Lakes community in Palm Coast. Our Field Construction Managers have the task of overseeing everything that goes into creating and building each home in their communities throughout all stages of construction. It begins from plan review meetings, scheduling materials and sub-contractors for each stage of construction. They are the guys in the field that make sure everything gets planned, prepared, and followed through for each home that is built. Every home is different and takes the oversight of someone with a strong organizational skill and a great knowledge of construction to make sure the process Paytas Homes has set in place is followed and runs as scheduled. There are many things that arise during the construction process and our Field Construction Managers must always be aware of the progression and stage each home is currently in. Before our homes are turned over to the homeowner, the Field Construction Managers do a “Homeowner Orientation” to make sure all items have been addressed and the new homeowners are familiar with their new home.

Bob, who has been a part of the Paytas Home Team since 2005, said one of his favorite things about his job is the people he works with. When he is not on the job, Bob enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife of almost 30 years, Cara and their children Mallory, Robby and Stevie, and of course his grandson Finnie. Some things most people do not know about Bob is that he was a firefighter for 15 years, has coached competitive your soccer, enjoys classic cars, cooking, spending time at the beach and traveling.

Things we know and appreciate about Bob is that he is a great team player, an extremely hard worker, takes pride in the quality of homes we build and making customers happy. Everyone on the Paytas Homes Team has a special place and Bob has certainly made his known by always exuding a positive attitude and a great work ethic! If you know Bob, we are sure you would appreciate the kind and true person he is just as much as we do. Thank you Bob, for being part of our proud Paytas Homes Team.
