Rodney Smith is Our Newest Employee Spotlight!

We are proud to introduce you to Rodney Smith, our Permitting / Special Projects Manager here at Paytas Homes.  If you have built a home with Paytas Homes in the last 6-years, Rodney has been an integral part of your home being permitted and ready to start.  Before building can begin, each home must be permitted through the city/county in order begin onsite construction work on your home.   Rodney’s hard work and organizational skills keep everything moving and on track throughout the course of this extremely detailed process.  With Rodney’s dedication to detail, he’s also essential to our ‘Special Projects’ that pop-up from time to time.

Outside of his time at Paytas Homes, Rodney and his wonderful wife Cindy, enjoy weekend getaways and spending time on the water.   We always look forward to hearing the exciting places they venture to on their weekend trips.  When they’re not traveling to their favorite spots, Rodney enjoys spending peaceful time on his porch, listening to music.  Rodney and Cindy have raised their children that are now grown adults that they are both very proud of.

Rodney is efficient, dedicated and someone we are all proud to have as a co-worker.  He’s a key part of our Paytas Homes Team and we are so thankful to have him!
