Coastal Gables at Town Center – New Renderings!

As things move forward with development, we wanted to give you a preview of some our new elevations as we finish our designs. Using our experience in homebuilding, we have taken the quality and characteristics that have worked well in our previous Paytas Homes communities and combined them with today’s evolving trends in Coastal Gables. We have combined a mixture of raised entry features, front porches and courtyard garages to create a group home designs ranging from 1,600 sq. ft. – 2,700 sq. ft. of living space plus the opportunity to put your custom touch on your home with various, pre-determined plan options. Each plan was designed to utilize the space effectively and aesthetically to maintain the high standards of a Paytas Home.
