Welcome the Newest Members of our Office Team!
As we begin a prosperous new year, our Paytas Homes Team continues to grow! Meet Teresa Williamson and Debbie Wolfe, the newest employees in our office.
Teresa Williamson has joined us from a Medical Billing background and now offers a strong office support role. Outside of Paytas Homes, Teresa’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her family, son Bryce, 19 and husband of 25 years, Tony. Her son recently began attending classes in Pennsylvania to become a Diesel Mechanic.
Debbie Wolfe is no stranger to the Paytas Homes Team as she was a member 16 years ago. When we needed someone to assist with the Front Desk, everyone knew that Debbie would be a great asset…again! Debbie retired from the banking industry and continues to work here at Paytas as well as a professional pet sitter. Debbie and her husband Keith have been married for 22 years and have a son, Brandon that is in the Air Force and her two cats Callie and Misty.

After our official release of Coastal Gables at Town Center, we already have our models out of the ground! We had a wonderful Opening Event and would like to thank everyone who came out to meet our Paytas Homes Team and see our newest community in its early stages. Meet Pete Sabino, our newest Employee Spotlight. He has been a friendly face of the Paytas Homes Team since 2013. Most of you may know him from overseeing our Warranty Department and making sure all our homeowner’s warranty items were taken care of after the closing of their homes. Pete is now working in the field in Portofino Reserve and overseeing the construction of the homes in that community. Pete has worked in some form of the construction trade most of his life and continues to have a love for it. His favorite thing about working for Paytas Homes is the satisfaction of overseeing the process and being a part of someone’s family home being built. After working with Pete, you learn that he takes great pride in the work he does and the relationships he builds with homeowners.
Pete and his wonderful wife Amy have been married over 40 years and have two children and 4 grandchildren. Their favorite thing to do is to spend time with their grandchildren, travel, play golf, shop, and just spend time together. We can’t forget to mention his new puppy and little buddy, Shepherd. We like to find out a fact about each person in our spotlight that not everyone knows, and for Pete it is that he was a Daytona Beach Policeman for 12 years.
It is clear that Pete is proud to work for Paytas Homes and the goal of striving for excellence. We are proud to have Pete as part of the Paytas Homes Team and know that he will always go above and beyond to maintain the high expectation of quality in the field. Thank you for all that you do Pete!
We are proud to introduce you to Rodney Smith, our Permitting / Special Projects Manager here at Paytas Homes. If you have built a home with Paytas Homes in the last 6-years, Rodney has been an integral part of your home being permitted and ready to start. Before building can begin, each home must be permitted through the city/county in order begin onsite construction work on your home. Rodney’s hard work and organizational skills keep everything moving and on track throughout the course of this extremely detailed process. With Rodney’s dedication to detail, he’s also essential to our ‘Special Projects’ that pop-up from time to time.
Outside of his time at Paytas Homes, Rodney and his wonderful wife Cindy, enjoy weekend getaways and spending time on the water. We always look forward to hearing the exciting places they venture to on their weekend trips. When they’re not traveling to their favorite spots, Rodney enjoys spending peaceful time on his porch, listening to music. Rodney and Cindy have raised their children that are now grown adults that they are both very proud of.
Rodney is efficient, dedicated and someone we are all proud to have as a co-worker. He’s a key part of our Paytas Homes Team and we are so thankful to have him!
If you live in Pinnacle Parke, you most likely know Shane Vanlandingham. Shane is our Construction Supervisor/Quality Control Manager for our Pinnacle Parke Community in Port Orange. In 2003, Shane joined the Paytas Homes Team as he had previously been working in remodeling, painting, and weather proofing. One of the most important job responsibilities of our Supervisors in the field is making sure that they are overseeing the quality control on every jobsite. All of us that work with Shane know him as being meticulous and always makes sure the jobsites he is managing run smooth and efficiently. When asked what his favorite thing about his job, he replied with “seeing the finished product”.
Shane and wife, DeeAnn have a son Justin that has just turned 18 and off to college soon. When asked about his favorite things to do during his time off, it was clear spending time with his family, traveling, surfing, snow boarding, motor biking, paddle surfing and… believe the list goes on as he seems to enjoy most outdoor activities. Favorite team? Shane has, and will continue to be a Dolphins fan at heart.
At Paytas Homes we are commitment to build the best quality homes and Shane exemplifies that pride on every jobsite he manages. When asked if being perfect exists, he replied with “Miami Dolphins had a perfect season.”
