Welcome to Coastal Gables at Town Center in Palm Coast. We are proud to announce that we will be begin construction on the limited 206 homesite community in two phases. We will begin with a staged release of homesites in Phase I and will continue with Phase II as the community matures. Information will be released as it becomes available including site plan, amenities, floor plans and pricing.

Coastal Gables at Town Center is generating a lot of interest since our groundbreaking announcement. There will be several months of earthwork followed by several months of utility and road installation. Information regarding home/lot packages will be released as it becomes available.

Coastal Gables is located within the Town Center in Palm Coast which is centrally located and is maturing to become the areas art and entertainment location with office space and shopping close to home.
