It’s Official – Groundbreaking of Coastal Gables at Town Center

We are excited to announce, Paytas Homes has officially broken ground on our new community in Palm Coast, Coastal Gables at Town Center. Located just off of Town Center Boulevard, Coastal Gables will be a 208 lot community centrally located to all amenities in Palm Coast. Construction of the first phase of this development has begun and new home construction is expected to begin in late Summer 2021. Coastal Gables at Town Center is a community that we are very excited to move forward with and to continue our presence in Palm Coast.
